Bluefish and Green Onion
1 pound bluefish fillets2 to 3 tablespoons soy sauce2 tablespoons finely chopped scallion1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger root

Sausage and Green Pepper Heroes
4 Italian sausages1/2 cup barbecue sauce1 green bell pepper, cut into strips4 Hero rolls
Cook sausages until done. Set aside. Cook barbecue sauce with pepper strips until pepper strips are tender. Split rolls almost in half. Place 1 sausage on each roll. Top each with sauce and pepper strips.

Fried Green Tomatoes
4 green tomatoes, cut 1/4-inch thick1 teaspoon onion salt1/2 teaspoon pepper1/4 cup cornmeal1/2 cup drippings

Green Chile Hominy
2 (13 ounce) cans white hominy3 tablespoons onion, grated1 1/2 cups sour creamSalt, to taste1 1/2 cups jack cheese, shredded4 roasted green chiles, skins and seeds removed, chopped, or 2 small can green chiles, chopped
