Corned Beef Salad
1 small box lemon gelatin1 cup boiling water1 can corned beef, flaked3 eggs, hardboiled and chopped1 small onion, grated1/2 cucumber, chopped1 cup celery, chopped1 cup salad dressing
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool.
Add remaining ingredients, adding salad dressing last. Chill to set.

Corned Beef Sandwich Spread
4 tablespoons sharp cheese, grated2 tablespoons mayonnaise1/4 pound cooked corned beef, chopped6 tablespoons minced sweet pickle2 teaspoons finely minced onion1 teaspoon prepared mustard1/4 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper
Blend cheese and mayonnaise until smooth and soft. Add remaining ingredients. Mix until all ingredients are well blended. Store in refrigerator.
