Orange Dressing
3 ounces cream cheese1/4 teaspoon salt2 teaspoons granulated sugarFew grains paprikaFew grains cayenne3 tablespoons orange juice1 tablespoon lemon juice
Blend all ingredients together.
This goes nicely on fruit salads.

1/2 cup currant jelly1/4 cup vegetable oil2 tablespoons lemon juiceDash of saltFew drops onion juice
Beat jelly with fork until it is smooth; add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
This is good on oranges, grapefruits or pears.

Mix well.

Sensational Sweet Fruit Dressing
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar1 1/2 teaspoons salt1 1/2 teaspoons paprika1 1/2 teaspoons onion, minced1/2 cup catsup1/2 cup cider vinegar1 1/2 cups vegetable oil1 1/2 teaspoons celery seeds
Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Store in a jar in the refrigerator. Serve over drained canned fruits or fresh fruits.

Lime Dressing
1/4 cup fresh Mexican lime juice1 teaspoon honey2 teaspoon grated lime zest1 teaspoon fresh minced garlicSalt and pepper, to taste1/2 cup olive oil
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until thick. Store, covered, in the refrigerator for up to one week. Bring to room temperature before using.

Banana Dressing

Banana Dressing
3 large bananas3 ounces cream cheese, softenedLemon, to taste1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped
Blend bananas and cream cheese with electric mixer. Add lemon juice and whipped cream, mixing well by hand.
To use, cut salad into squares and pour dressing over.

Ginger Cream Dressing

Ginger Cream Dressing
1/2 teaspoon ginger1/2 pint heavy cream1/4 cup chopped dates1/4 cup chopped nuts
Add ginger to cream; whip until stiff. Fold in dates and nuts.
Serve with fruit salads.
Makes about 2 cups.

Poppy Seed Dressing
3 tablespoons chopped onion1/3 cup vinegar1 1/2 cups granulated sugar2 teaspoons dry mustard2 teaspoons salt1/3 cup vinegar2 cups vegetable oil3 tablespoons poppy seeds

Sweet Salad Dressing
This is good with fruits ? bananas, chopped apples and seeded Tokay grapes.
1 rounded tablespoon cornstarch1/2 cup granulated sugar1 scant teaspoon salt2 tablespoons vinegar1 or 2 eggs1 cup thin cream or half-and-half
