Green Goddess Dressing originated in San Francisco.

Olive Garden House Dressing (quick version)
8 ounces Paul Newman’s Vinegar and Oil Dressing1/2 teaspoon dried basil1/2 teaspoon dried oregano3 packages Sweet and Low or 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
Put ingredients into the bottle of dressing and shake well. Refrigerate 24 hours before using.

Salsa Dressing
This is a wonderful way to use up leftover salsa.
1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard1/4 cup red wine vinegar1 cup extra-virgin olive oil1/4 cup fresh salsa
Combine mustard, vinegar and olive oil and whisk together thoroughly. Add salsa and whisk until blended.

1 cup Hellmann’s?/Best Foods? Real Mayonnaise1/3 cup chili sauce or catsup3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish1 hardboiled egg, chopped

Houston’s Buttermilk Garlic Salad Dressing

1/2 cup currant jelly1/4 cup vegetable oil2 tablespoons lemon juiceDash of saltFew drops onion juice
